she really doesn't look much different than her appearance on mission fashion 2 years ago.. she has just aged a little and the botox is starting to look obvious and she removed the mole on the right side of the nose.. i doubt she has time to get another nose job.. shes always somewhere doing something.. it's prob too much makeup on her nose that makes it look smaller than it really is.
