yea i know... at the time i wasnt thinkin of that. it was set on finishing the damn mod!! sadly... this mod was deleted b/c i had to swipe my computer hard drive. my dad had no virus protection... which i didnt know about so my commputer bogged down tremendously, so everything had to go! im in the process of making a really cool mod on my laptop. it is the completion of my "racoon city" mod from resident evil. its about an 1/8th done... so it wont be up for a while.

gamecam is free, google it. as for being in the sky, i use the TES construction set to modify the game's exteriors/interiors as well as people and quests. the steps u see in the game i put in through the program.

When you un zip the folder copy and paste the contents of each file into the respective file in the morrowind data file directory (ie - any files in the meshes folder from the download are put into the meshes folder that you got with the game) copy and past the plug in file into the data file and select the mod on the data files list.

in the construction set, theres a box w/ a LOT of tabs. (static, containers, NPC, etc.) there u will find tab. to make it easier, i will make a small tutorial for you one of these days, check my page often for video updates. it will prob. be up sometime this weekend.

for starters, make an NPC (characer in the game) and edit their stats, armor, etc. put them in the town Seyda Neen. save it. when you put morrowind in, make sure ur new mod is checked off on the list of available mods in the game (its on the menu). once loaded, find ur character. u can kill them if u want... if u need more tips, ask and id be happy to help!

well, do u have the Contruction set? if so... all u basically do is add, modify, or delete objects to create new towns, caves, etc. it takes time to get used to the program.. but once u get the hang of things, its not that hard

uh, yea.. no problem. recently, ive been working out the bugs on it so there is less confusion with the mods u need to play it with. the only mods ull need are morrowind, tribunal, and bloodmoon.

yea, it was. i also have the umbrella corp in the backround. (you can see it at around 1:31 in the vid) its the building on an island. yes there are a lot of "zombies" in the city and broken down houses. also some that are boarded up w/ chairs, tables, and cabinets, etc.
