@coolduder Just remember, you don't have to be hungry to lose weight. Eating foods that are high-fiber and low sugar actually make you feel TWICE as full, TWICE as long. And in some cases you can eat bigger portions.

I'd also recommend cutting out all sodas. The sugar in soda and the sweetner in diet soda raises your insulin levels and makes you feel much hungrier than you actually are. Many times people mistake dehydration for being hungry. Drinking plenty of water makes you feel FULL.
