On the other hand, with la liga you know the two teams that are going to fight for the title(Madrid and Barcelona). From 1984, valencia took it twice, alt.Madrid took it twice, and Deportivo took it once. Besides these 3 clubs, it has been all barcelona and Madrid. where have all the Italian strikers gone? There has been a steady decline in quality of Italian players. I couldn't believe what I was seeing at this years world cup. Worst Italian team in the past decades that couldn't progress in the easiest group. Italy doesn't have anyone close to Baggio, Vieri, Inzaghi, Toni. Iaquinta and Di Natale were horrible.
