I did this drive in the middle of the night during July. It was clear, full moon, and 3am. Let me tell you, it was the most awe inspiring moments I have had driving in my life. It was amazing.
I ripped through there at 75-80 mph with my car on my way to BC, WA and OR this summer... I love the scenery... we stopped at the lookout on the montana/idaho boundary.... its pretty cool cuz you really go uphill til you see the sign welcome to idaho then the speed limit drops to 60 for a bit then back to 75... the weather was so hot out like 90 degrees.... I am canadian too, i can tell you're french from the music, je comprend moi aussi
question in not to be scared or not if we have speed limit for truck is not for notthing just think if you do a blow out on steer or someone lost control just in front of you or if trafic stop because somenone crash ahead and you down at 60 -70 mph you will be in shit
nerve racking. I drove cross country three times, twice with my family and once with my dog. In October 2006, I got caught in a snowstorm at 1 am in Lookout Pass. I couldn't see the front of my car- I truly thought I was going to die- I called my wife and told her I loved her. I couldn't tell if I was on the road or not- I drove about 10 miles an hour until I started going to lower elevations and the snow stopped.... Beautiful country, but a little hairy! Nice film.
I've driven this pass many times. Just not in the winter. I don't drive in snow! It is beautiful with the snow there. Thanks for posting it!

Be careful out there. Keep the shiny side up and the greasy side down.
