I have seen loads and loads of people use mods, ONLY ON FREE ROAM. From as far as I know you cannot get banned if you used them on free mode, and which will not make other peoples playing less enjoyable. E.G. A pistol which fires an infinite amount of rockets... I would highly suggest that you do NOT use them in a ranked game for you could get banned, but I have never seen it happen.

Are you using the new Magic IV? Because of the recent patch the Magic IV tool didnt work but there is a new one so check that.

oh my gosh gang mod is crazy. I wish I had a really good PC to play this. I have it on Xbox 360 though but it freezes a lot for some reason even though I just got a new xbox back from Microsoft. They need to make some clothing mods, and other cool ones maybe make it so you can set police on people.

The gang mod is really fun! You can spawn up to like 999 people but I couldn't show that because it froze the vid editor. Its is really fun when you spawn like 100 and you give them molotovs!

Well first of all you need 'magic IV' which allows GTA IV modding. Iff you go to a GTA IV modding site e.g. gtagaming or gtahq. You will be able to download it from there. Once installed your game is able for modding. If your mod does not come with a readme file, which explains how and where to install the mod, then try and find where the mod file should go. Hope you manage to get your mods to work, just remember there are loads of tutorials on modding websites for GTA IV.

Because I have the game in the resolution 1280 by 1024 and that gives it the option to play in HD, so as long as you click on 'watch in HD'
