@hotpink2811 She's talking about the different ways to scrub your face to rid of blackheads. AND absolutely DO NOT squeeeze the blackheads out, u'll lose elasticity in the face and u'll age quicker and pores will therefore become bigger. She also recommends a product with AHA. In particular the japanese face wash she was using in the beginning of the video. Also, to all this is a bath or a shower so the steam can open up your pores. Hope this helps. :)

@christyxng Please note that your acne is most likely caused by your hormones and they will most likely disappear as you get older. Just keep your skin clean, don't clean it too often and don't pop your pimples as it might scar your face.
