Impressive. This is one of my goals. Right now, I do them on my knees with 55 lb. on my back, but still can't do toes!

I do it without any hip extension. Not really a fan of the flexed back considering it pushes the vertabrae out. You're quiet strong though

yeah don't use it on a vinyl floor either. it slipped and my elbow and knee cracked hard on the floor. i didn't use it for years but now the vinyl is gone and i'm using it again. the ab wheel is great exercise for the abs.
