final cut express doesn't support multiple camera simultaneous takes as this one...

final cut express only supports audio file and doesn't support music creation media like logic pro (both logic pro and final cut studio has 'soundtrack pro') ... plus there's a host of other professional features in final cut studio.

bottom line is if you are not a hollywood movie maker, you don't need final cut studio!

Depending on what version of Mac you have (i.e - OS X Tiger or Leopard).. you can always get Final Cut Studio, however I'd suggest making sure you have a at least a G3, almost all the lates MacBooks (within the last 4 years) do.

G3 no way will a g3 run final cut studio 3. a g3 is a 10 year old computer when final cut pro 1 first came out. A macbook will not run all the apps in final cut, i have tried on my macbook and motion, and color do not open and working with hd it crashes all the time. Only my mac pro can I work efficiently. A g3 is a single 350mhz machine with 256 mb ram. Really, maybe you meant g5.
