If this was already in 1978, then this was probably the last show that Bill hosted that was taped in New York. His next show, Chain Reaction, was in 1980 and was taped at NBC in Burbank.

This show was fairly similar to Hot Potato (1984) in gameplay, but is solo-based and front game money is more important here.

There is a blurb that says "Aired Jan. 1963" at 9:39 in the clip, in addition to the "Aired April 1978" blurb at the beginning (0:30 in).

Call this game an ongoing "Family Feud"...name items in a category to build up the money pot. Repeat an answer and be eliminated. The last remaining non-repeating contestant wins the pot. Interesting although it could test the viewer's patience at times.
