that is an advanced yoga asana (position)... i forgot it's name, but su have to already have a fit body and muscles so you don't smash your head doing that, probably that's why it's for very advanced yogis

usualy thant's the body obtained doing yoga CORRECTLY, and don't forget that yoga isn't gym!

Your technique is fine but I suggest beginners start in the corner of a room. It helps prevent falling. That's how I learned. After a while I progressed to the middle of the room.

If you go to her website I don't beleive there is any mention of her training anyone. This is training, her videos. You watch them then try what she does, those are your 'training sessions' and that's all you get...
