I am a hulder, a type of kin who needs a tail covering her butt to feel complete. I do NOT consider myself crazy; some people are born with tails and in some cultures this is seen not as a birht defect but a link to the animals. Many Pagan Witches had tails. Furthermore I do not think that humans come first. Yeah, I eat meat, but the Earth and animals have existed millions of years before humans and for humans to say they come first is just from the human species' perspective.

I had scoured the Net for resources for hulderfolk but had found nothing except info about mythical hulderfolk. We take our name from a type of Nordic fairy who looks human but has a tail. We are related to trolls. I learned the hard way that most kin don't wear tails, furries usually wear tails to pretend, and some kin want nothing to do with humanity at all. We have it HARD because we don't mind some human stuff, we just don't want the essence of humanity. See my profile.

But, the reason most awakenings are sparked by either reading outside info, or a traumatic experience, is because they are escapes, they are what happens when the self can not control the self, and the self is then expressed in an unusual manner. still trying to find a way to awake... i read up a typical dragon other kin it says they are abnormal or super natural magnets and I seem to attract a variety of strange people one claims to be an alchemist (or how ever you spell that) also i have a tendency to be plagued with bad luck
