I'm assuming the main reasons why they can't except these games:

1) They are NOT on file. These stores, like any other store, has to keep a record of inventory.

2) Region blocking. It's a means, not just for piracy, but to protect local investments.

3) Breaking street date. Same as #2.

Pushy people, especially snotty shits, is why I hated working with the public.
