I'll say ahead of time I love Tori, but I have to point out what she says is very wrong...a bisexual isn't "indecisive" it's potential in finding sexual and romantic pleasure in both genders. I have high respects for Tori, but considering she's so supportive of gays, it's surprising and disappointing to see her shows signs of biphobia, or at least not understanding the sexuality.

There's certainly no malice in Tori here, and as others have said, the delivery is charming, however I do feel a bit awkward about what she is saying. I've never understood parents who freak out at explaining homo- and bisexuality to children. It doesn't mean you actually have to explain how sexual intercourse works. It's simple: "Some people fall in love with men, some with women and some with both". And her comments about bisexuals play into stereotype and she's implying sexuality is a choice.

But then again, maybe the story is intended to come across as more of a "the child gets it before the parent does" type story - in that Tash made her realise she had the concept wrong. Still, the execution could've been better.
