  • too true Claudia Brucken is one beautiful woman

  • Back to the 80's and then "Kein Zurück für Dich"

  • NAZIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII ?

  • From a fantastic album. Dr Mabuse looks familiar. Was he an actor from back in the day who played villains a lot? A name something like Sheydal... A sort of Peter Cushing type. Yeah, okay, I'm old!

  • beautiful Claudia

  • One of the best bands of European TecnoPop, Propaganda forever!!!!!

  • gracias dene

  • great 80s the best decade forever

  • I was playing e-drums like these here in the 80-ties..

I was dreaming 25 Yars ago to play like the modern trance/techno-beats ar now..

It was a cool time...i miss it..

  • @moments242 Thanks bro....Loved you best wishes about Pakistan.Thanks...

  • Claudia Brucken is rather fantastic as a vocalist I think, what is she doing now?.

  • @mazzakins

now she has an electronica project, named "Onetwo".

  • Great song! Great band! Claudia is so gorgeous and sexy!

  • I was totally captivated by Claudia when Propaganda appeared on ToTP in the mid 80's ....... what a babe she was.

  • Not until recently did I understand all the Artaud references in this video. Besides the setting within the theater of disassembly, the reference to Lot and "Don't look back" (page 33 of Theater and its Double) are remarkable. Propaganda absolutely was a thinking-persons approach to German postmodern encounters with radical French Continental theory engaged through the decentering frame of the Theater. If you got all that, congrats. Too few actually do.

  • jeiwilber... interesting comment (per west of the wall). why do you say so? i definitely see Paris '68 and further resonances back to Paris 1789, with a profoundly German reading.

  • It was made in the west side of the Wall for the Sure ! ! !

  • she kinda looks like Adrian Brody :P

  • best of german bands

  • this tune haunted me for years,.I heard it in the film "Some kind of wonderful" but could never find it , It drove me mad trying to find out its name,

  • pretty girl, and suprisingly german...

  • ONE OF MY FAVORITE PROPAGANDA SONG LOVE CLAUDIA BRUCKEN

  • This is the song that "Watts" plays the drums to at the beginning of Some Kind Of Wonderful. I also have a rare 12" single of Claudia Brucken's "Absolut[e]"

  • Znowu coś niesamowitego!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1 PERSON didn't have a Sense for good music!

  • @YORIYAMA1966 from Resident evil 0:35 last guy in the row.

  • mamma che bellaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • Propaganda were awesome

  • but who is the singer Claudia or Suzanne ?

  • @kawa56saki Claudia Brucken is the main singer. A Secret Wish, is just THE best album of all time.

  • So much better than the crap that passes for techno/dance music these days.

  • Great vid thanks.

  • didn't they inherit a rib from Laibach? Anyway, light-years from rammstein dumbporn....

  • Pop music about pop music. Sell him your soul. Never look back. Eternal passion his gain. West Germany. Break everything down into little pieces. Why does it hurt? East Germany. There's no way back. Pop music about (being in) the world. Don't forget to laugh. The first cut won't hurt at all.

  • "Now is the time on Sprockets ven vee danse!"

  • ACE OF BASE???

  • Wonderful video. I miss this kind of creativity in music videos.

  • Beautiful German girls!

  • @xesionprince W verdammt nochmal, wo sind da hübsche mädchen?

  • @doomke86 Das frag ich mich auch grad xD So hübsch find ich Claudia nun wirklich nicht *g*

  • such a big song,go claudia

  • 1984 year!!! Propaganda from Germany.

  • 1984 year!!!

  • Way ahead of its time

  • wow :) I remember the good times. new wave wow wow wow. the best song.

  • Germans are so weird lol! Like Sprockets on SNL

  • The Hofner Beatle bass is a nice retro touch. Pretty sure there's no analog bass track in this song though.

  • @davew833 Retro wasn't invented in 1985 ;) , it's an ad man's word from the noughties .

  • Claudia is a Goddess!

  • Stunning. Simple as that!

  • Blast from the past. Wow. :D

  • Oh my ... that song is one of my favourites in the past, presence and the future. Simply great with its rhythm, sounds and lyrics. Wonderful 80's sound.

  • Just seen Claudia do a cover of These boots are made for walking with Heaven 17, she`s still hot. Great to see this video again.

  • un brano da infarto....

  • I like the guy with the glasses and the awesome haircut. nice leather jacket + haircut too.

  • Thanks for the post! I have never seen this version of Dr. Mabuse until now, quite a little treasure to find it!

  • "Why does it hurt when my Heart misses the Beat"...

    Thats best german Music

  • Incredible song, but like many 80s videos, just silly, not really a point to it. The reference to DR Mabuse was cool, again, going back to german literature and film from pre WWII. Very intelligent band, just not so poingiant of a video.

  • Probably the best German song of the 80s.

  • Despite the big hooter, Claudia really was gorgeous.

  • German 80's electronica - brilliant and that accent :D

  • This vid reminds me why I was infatuated with the cool sexy german lead singer Claudia Brucken back in 1984 when I was still in my teens! Wonderful record which I still enjoy blasting out in the car every now and then (LOL)

  • pop for intellectual people. cultural references and an articulate agenda. no thrusting against strip poles, fergie 'singing' about oral sex or to 'take yo broke ass home' or some other african-american slang she thinks is hip to use, no degradation of women.... and we are supposed to be evolving!!!

  • @JeuneFilleaCarnival

Yes , you're probably right , but most music these days is to my opinion

assembled with a certain audience in mind.

Not crafted by an artisan like in the past , these musicians where giving you

music with a meaning , not just mean and senseless music like today.

  • @JeuneFilleaCarnival

    totally agree with you,

  • @JeuneFilleaCarnival True - popular music is a very underutilised art form. Talk about the common denominator....

  • with this amazing song playing over the opening titles of Some Kind of Wonderful it really sets up the film :-)

  • indeed awesome track, like it very much.

  • I remember the guy saying 'Don't be a fool' at the end, just sounded great.

  • Simply awesome song from a simply awesome band.
