my gf and i broke up a year ago. im still somewhat fucked up from it.here's what i can recommend

1) Sell/Donate/Burn everything she ever gave you. Also, do this with everything that reminds you of her. It's more cathartic to torch everything, but you don't want to be wasteful.

2) workout,be active,study, and socialize as much as possible.

Actually... we broke up about eight months ago. That's why I made the video, sort of dealing with the leftover emotions. If you listen to the song, it's not exactly a happy song--it's about the breakdown of a relationship. And although you can't really see it in the pictures, (it's masked by the smile-for-the-camera, surface happiness), they're basically the story of the breakdown of our relationship as well. I'll stop, I'd say this is a bit much for a YouTube comment.
