At first I thought Fire The Grid was interesting, but then I dug a little deeper and found that Shelly has been grossly exaggerating the details of the car accident that supposedly lead up to this. The story she told newspapers back in '02 is far less sensational than the story she tells now, and even contradicts it on a major point. What's the deal, Shelly?

Silver - you would need an editing program like Premiere Elements or any thing that has a "keying" (or Chromakey) facility. Then you would need to film yourself in front of a blue screen or green screen. Windows movie maker is not powerful enough for this.

Actually silver, Although I'm hesitant to agree with some of the things you are saying, I do think you have a valid point regarding the dangers of this becomming a kind-of new religion. As far as I'm concerned the FTG movement is all about pure and simple intention.

I agree, we should be careful to maintain its simplicity, and be vigilant about letting it to turn into something it is not. I think if any rule books get written about it, they should be considered a very loud warning sign.

Getting too caught up in something can distort your perceptions and cause you to loose sight of the everyday things that really matter - like living life. I think people are giving you a hard time because, generally, people will get defensive when being told they are wrong.

I believe this is pacifist thinking--who does that work for? We can't wake up by ignoring negativity. We are not conscious when we're asleep, pretending the world is a rosy place. Hi - I have a question. My friend notified me of Fire the Grid in an email, I replied that I would be participating, but when the day came, I forgot! :( so what does that mean? Did I miss a chance for something? I have to say that, I felt the vibrations shift in the evening of July 17, (the time for my area for fire the grid was in the morning) - and it was this shift that I felt, that made me remember about Fire the Grid and then realize that I had forgotten to meditate in the morning.

I have absolute nothing to fear, because I experince God as love, and love is absence of fear. Living a life according to scripture will make you worthy of heaven. If I am worthy, only God knows. But, I know a lot of what I believe in. It's called experience in faith.
