Steroids are pathetic and kill any kind of sport, you can reply to me saying how you still need dedication, but why not have dedication without steroids? its because people look at steroid abusers and think that they have to look that big that defined and that muscular, for that reason we have put a high level that we cannot achieve naturally so we look to take the juice. Basically stop setting such a high level that you cannot achieve naturally (this goes for everything you do in life).

@gymman62 I'm sure some bodybuilders do suffer from muscle dysmorpic disorder, but they dont necessarily. They are just professional bodybuilders DOING WHAT IT TAKES to win professional bodybuilding competitions. And calling them jerks doesnt make you seem very smart, I have for example never seen Jay or Ronnie act or speak in a negative way.

Ruhl was the biggest. He's like greg kovacs almost it seems. I don't understand how they get so big like this, even with steroids. Cause arnold and the BB in the 70s-80s used steroids and still never got this freaky big. Maybe its the HGH and the IGF1 and that makes the difference between the 2 idk.

@lloyd011721 Id say he beat a washed up Ronnie here but Jay had him, Yea Zane had a great physique but to me it wasnt "Olympia" standard, he was to small, yes he was pretty to look at but to me he did not have enough muscle to be called Mr Olympia, He would be put into the "mens physique Division" these days, I personally prefer the looks of Flex Wheeler,Shawn Ray, Kevin Levrone,Phil Heath, these guys physiques are huge but they are also beautiful to look at
