  • I have to say, out of all of these videos this is the one I have difficulty in accepting. 6 years ago my anxiety attacks were so severe I could not leave my bedroom. SSRI medication enabled me to walk outside again. And I was on it short-term, did not become addicted, came off swiftly and easily and have not had a single panic attack since. I am alive due to that medication.

  • ZOLOFT?

  • This doctor doesn't convey the disability that a severe anxiety disorder can cause. For most people; anxiety isn't about whats going on in the world or how backward the government is, it's about what has happened to them directly. I sincerely doubt a person that is housebound could manage to go outside without diazepam.

  • this is correct. people need people. The root of the anxiety needs to be addressed and so does the symptom. We should not use drugs but I know using them in extreme circumstances can be needed as a one off if there are no skilled people around.

  • Recovery comes with 12steps FREELY!!!
