m_forward... meybe its because of the demo or hl tv...u never see realy where u hit..i think when he was playing he hit the model and in the demo it looks like he shot behind the model..thats because u see what the client is doing and not the server...u see two different times at ur own game and ur demo...im not 100% shure but it could be that :) m_forward has something to do with your mousesens...or meybe the totaly wrong rates to the interp xD

when you load CS, just type ex_interp and hit enter ... it should tell you what your interp is set at. default is .1 i believe but in competitions it needs to be set to .01 ... basically if you can actually aim well, you'll want it set there so your shots are actually hitting what youre aiming at.

@thebasspro .1 might be legal in some competitions but i know anyone who is anybody doesn't use .1 ... while in online play, the interp rate is how quickly your position on a map is updated, so when you click to shoot at someone, it checks the server to see what their position is. if their interp is high (like .1), it is slightly more delayed in updating their position. so they could seemingly move away from a corner but still be shot as if they never did. best advice, set ex_interp to 0
