I use xanax for anxity dsorder and severe depression every day. My legal presciption is .5 mg once a day. but I take about 3mg / day.

All I can say about Xanax is that it help you if you relly suffer from anxity. But at recreactional use ( higher dosage ) you 'r becoming a kind of zombie. light headed and clear minded. But not as euphoric than Diazepam/Valium.

Btw I use Xanax everyday for a year now and it's the best sleeping aid I ever had, better than pot. (both are great too ;p)
