Negima! is the original anime series based on the first few volumes of the manga with an original ending.

Negima!? is the second anime series which is a remake of the original based on the first few volumes of the manga more closely than the first but it is completely different from the first one. If that makes sense =/ Wikipedia it xD

Negima! was made by Xebec and Negima!? was made by Shaft.
