Thats quite a weak roll as your paddle is very vertical and you are not getting much leverage, keep it closer to the surface and your roll will be much more reliable.

It does say its his first day of eskimo rolling, non of us were perfect to start at least he's doing it, well done Keith

remember to start the forward paddle blade at the surface of the water, and make a big sweep
