@SpiritoftheDragon not even close. Historically, wing chun, hung gar, mizong yi, and many other popular kung fu styles of kung fu have been successful against muay thai. Just curious though, why did you say that? have you studied and mastered EVERY chinese art and found choy lee fut to be the only effective one? all muay thai attacks are found in kung fu, as well as spectacularly effective defenses for them, if someone can't use a kung fu style effectively, they haven't learned to use it

sorry clf brother you are mistaken. Hung Sing people train in the Hung Sing CLF style passed down thru Jeong Hung Sing. Chan Heung's clf is based on Choy Fook and Lee Yau San, while Jeong Yims is based on Lee Yau San first, Chan Heung Second, and Monk Ching Cho third. So our Clf is not the same as yours, and you cannot comment on what we do cause you don't do what we do, thanks again for taking the time to comment on this video my fellow choy lee fut'er.

I wonder there is no comment about Chan family choy lee fut, which is the main and biggest branch of this kung fu style. Still our teachers, think that American choy lee fut know only alittle bit of this kung fu style and are trying to join chan family..:)

I admit, when i was young, i wanted to fight anyone anywhere. i was young then. i'm much older now. but playing the devil's advocate, who's to say if you don't beat him down, he won't get up and beat the hell out of you? The school I'm from is Hung Sing in San Francisco, Cali. Today, in my personal background is Hung Sing lineages from the Chan Ngau Sing, Wong Say, and Yuen Hai Via Lau Bun lineages.  My my sifu is the Head Master of the the American Hung Sing Branch.
