the reason why higurashi wouldn't make it on adult swim is because kids watch it, and the first couple episodes are just senseless and nightmarishly violent

I think Higurashi could maybe be released on Adult Swim. They released Blood+ on Adult Swim which is pretty violent, so it could happen.

All the good anime never get well known. It's all the stupid noob-y stuff like Naruto, Bleach and Death Note. (Though I do adore Death Note, it's noob-y x:)

But stuff like Higurash and Elfen Lied with their amazing plot lines and sad story get less attention than they shizzy stuff. x:

Higurashi and Elfen lied would be pulled so fast due to parental complaints. There's a reason why it's called "Adult Swim". Yet there's always going to be complaints.

If they showed School Days they'd either cut the last episode, or use the censored version.
