she mentioned that thhe mascara has a really watery formula.....if you all watched the michelle phan video, she says that a more liquidy formula works best with thicker lashes and a more waxy formula works better with thinner lashes;)

AHHH! I can't believe you don't like this mascara!! This is my go-to! I use the water-proof formula and it's waaayyyy better than the original. Anyway, you say you're using it in this video and I must say your eyelashes look VERY nice!! :)

My only problem with this mascara is the excess that clumps to the brush. I just use a tissue on that sucker and my eyelashes turn out awesome.

Probably my favorite mascara brush yet.

i didn't like it at first either... and now i love it!! :D I use this mascara and Lash Blast.. and honestly, i don't know which i like better.. :) For me PERSONALLY both work in different ways, but they do and therefore i love both of them.. there. :)

l'oreal liner intense liquid eyeliner for my upper lash line and revlon colorstay pencil eyeliner for my waterline. hope this helped! <3

No hun, you didn't get a bad one. I bought mine yesterday, used it today...and I feel the same way. I love my Colossal, but it went bad, so I had to throw it out. This Loreal mascara though...uh I was so frustrated this morning putting it on. It was so messy just like you said. I'm totally disappointed with it. Tomorrow, I'm off to get another Colossal :)

thats probably because you should only use one coat. if u go over it again it gets massy and clumpy. i think that this is mentioned somewhere on the packaging. :)

I actually got the Voluminous to work for me :) ... I didn't want to just throw it out. Now I wipe the wand on a piece of paper to get all the excess off first, and it works great.
