@Tutorialandgamplay99 There's a menu mod you can install by using the SUMLauncher in the SPF. It adds all the maps Wolfire has released and over 60 custom made maps by fans.
@Tutorialandgamplay99 You'll need to go to forums (dot) wolfire (dot) com and go to the secret preorder forum. It will be stickied near the top. If you don't have access there, the installer won't work anyway, as it requires your pre-order key to run.
I am just wondering, there has been a lot of debate over if this is a furry game (or if the creator is furry) or not what with all the anthros running around, could you finally clear this up?
@tastyscavenger The developer of this game is NOT a furry, and has not been coding the game to appeal to that demographic. I doubt that will clear anything up though... haters gonna hate...
Think I'm gonna' preorder this. I've been following the development of this game for a while but I just recently realised it works for mac. Just a couple of questions though. Does anyone know how well it works on the iMac? And also, can you assign teams in the editor? For example, if I were to play this level, could I go into the editor and place a player controlled teammate for myself so that I could play co-op with a friend?
@CharlieWinther Works brilliantly on my iMac at least. Though I plan to install it on my bootcamp partition next time, so I can try it with the 360 pad. :D
@drablos You can run the 360 pad on a mac already. I use that, as well as PS3 Dual Shock controllers, all the time. I have a thread in the SPF where I talk about how to map the controls correctly, so it should work for you. You will need to install the free Tatiebogle driver to make it work though.
@CharlieWinther As long as you have a fairly new iMac, if should run fine. If you still have a PPC iMac, it won't run. Also, it's recommended to have at least 10.6 or higher.
09:10 I had this really nice fucking idea. If you jumb on the wolfes like that and press the chocke button, you jump on them and do the grip around the neck with two hands like normally but sine they are bigger you have to jump and sit on their back with both your legs around their stomach. So you they can run around with you on their back and they have a little time to run in a wall or something to get you off. If not having this on the wolfes, maybe on the bears when they come. (bears=bigger)
Nice, watched this the whole way thought. I see the comments about your voice volume being down too far, I could hear most of it, but yeh there were a couple of places where you were overwritten by the sounds of clashing weapons and fighting lol. Overgrowth is certainly shaping up to be amazing tho, some of the best combat Ive ever seen in a game
@CrazeIs1337 A new button on the UI would be pretty cool. I bet you could coordinate with him in the SPF pretty easily. I think you'd also need to adjust the code so that the menu would come back every time you die, which the current implementation would not allow.
