How did you know he was English? I can imagine touring in England must be hard for Metallica.

I know though if you see a picture of the back of the crashed bus you'll see it was an English company. I'm not sure they'd find touring over here too difficult because of that though, touring in Sweden must be a lot harder but who's to say? You may well be right...

I remember the announcement on KNAC after it happened. I think they led a moment in silence on the air.  I could not believe it. THey were my favorite band, and in many regards still are at that time. I remember the reports where James wanted to beat the S**t out of the driver. SAD!!! RIP Cliff.
