I think that you may be mistaken Panky for Rocko in the episode Rocko's Last Round , and yes I do have the video uploaded on YouTube and on my site 80TOONS. C O M . However I do not have all of the episodes only 16 and the intro. I also uploaded all of them on both sites along with tons of other old-school cartoon videos. Also I have been looking for the rest of the Pink Panther And Sons episodes, but have yet to find anyone with the rest.

@zelda180 Nope I watched it, and that's not it. The one I'm asking about was when Panky, after assuming he was kicked out of the RPs, joined the Howl's Angels, then Howl kept asking for money until Panky couldn't pay his final initiation fee, then Panky jumped on a train caboose, dislodged the brake, then after Pinky saved him, they threw his b-day party, which is what they were planning in the secret meeting. Panky then tears up his HA card & expresses his love to the RPs.

Oh, I see. I did not see that episode this is one of the episodes that I am missing. All of the episodes that I have are uploaded to YouTube and 80TOONS. C O M. I have been searching for years and as far as I can see the ones that I have uploaded is what exists at this time, unless you go straight to MGM, or whoever owns the rights to Pink Panther And Sons.
