  • Great Band for sure - one of the all time ass-kickin rock bands - Epitaph - Klaus Walz on guitar - the man is great.

    Stay Cool.

  • In my school in Bd Bamstedt we had a live concert of Epitaph .... ooooh man, just one more and we would have been flying :-)

  • Epitaph was formed 1969 .The first studio sessions were in Alster Studios Hamburg 1970 continued in Wessex Studios London and Windrose Studios in Hamburg in1971,The first Twin guitar Licks you can find on the instrmental Are you Ready from 1970 .The band were influenced by Allman brothers -Miles Davis (in a silent way ) Buddy Rich (live ) and King Crimson .not Wishbone Ash check it out

  • However, this particular song sounds quite similar to Wishbone Ash :)

  • @ZoomRmc Yes, like Phoenix or Alone.

  • This song is almost a direct copy of WIshbone Ash's Phoenix, but still is great!!!

  • Hmmm., does this have the sound very similar to Wishbone Ash? This is meant to be a compliment. This is the first time I remember ever listening to these guys. Do they have anything available on CD.

  • I have this album and just decided to do a search on youtube for Epitaph and found a bunch of headbangin stuff, so I decided to enter this song title and YAHOOOO, here it is. Absolutely excellent. Need more from this show.

  • Amazing !

  • This band had everything WISHBONE ASH had exept exposure! Too bad but I think they are still rockin! If thats so its fantastic! Come to USA just 1 more time,Please?

  • Wow, nice! Thanks!

  • I love the chord progression. It's one of my favourite ones, and I do it pretty much everytime I just jam by myself.

  • it was kinda heavier stuff in the 70´s... i like it.. ^.^

  • Cool obscure 70's gem that almost nobody will hear.

  • Fantastic video,Epitaph Damn near invented the double lead, thank You very much for posting.

  • We can thank Wishbone Ash for the invention for the double lead but these guys are just as good. This is the first time I've heard them and they are good.

  • Epitaph was an amazing Group and still is.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Amazing to find old Epitaph here. This song has some of the greatest heavy yet melodic guitar work ever.
