The concert presented in the DVD is the result of the filming of three nights of this gig, which are then grafted together. Therefore there are bits where the continuity is a bit dodgy, and so it appears as if he lip syncs. A perfect example of this is where Tina Weymouth's bass will suddenly change from blue to brown between shots, or where a beach ball is thrown from the crowd onto the stage, and when the angle changes, the beach ball has miraculously disappeared.

I think this performance captures the incredible musicianship of the Talking Heads. Even all these years later, and as many times as I've heard it, I still wanna get up and dance when I hear this song.

And note the powerful minimalism of the stage show The use of spotlights on each band member which cast eerie shadows onto a backdrop enhances, rather than takes away, from the performance. No lasers or sparklers needed here.
