That is not ice, that is the gas condensing, I would know as I experiment with gasses everyday, that gas is called trifluoroethane, it is extremely flammable, it will freeze things, but only for a short amount of time, and if you inhale the gas it will give you a 60 second high before automatically shutting your brain off and knocking you unconscious. It is an hallucinogen so you will have a bad trip for 60 seconds then you get knocked out. So don't inhale it, simple as that.
