I am going to take a guess it was a remote DJ at a location listening to the IFB from the studio rather than listening to the real FM broadcast. The US uses the same technique, called IFB, or Interruptible Feed Back. I could be wrong and it could be used for something totally different as IFB usually doesn't require two frequencies, just one.

I was not demoing the radio and/or its features... just what was on the air. If you would have asked I would have offered, but apparently you jumped the gun and made a fool of yourself. (Typical post of moronic users here who don't have anything to offer here on YT ;)
460-463, always a lot of talking there, tow truck companys, security guards and transport companys.
But 461,675 & 462.125 is music? Never heard that before!!
