I think I just punched in the Health Cheat because without HUD I wasnt sure how I was doing. The explosions that occur shortly after are part of the civillian riot code.

you know what works good too with this cheat.. get two motorcycles... and park one and get the other and run into the parked one and jump off really fast and get on the one floating away... u go high while on the motorcycle and u can do like... Half a front flip...
Um, listen here Einstein, the video was recording on a laptop through an RCA converter, theres a good 1 to 2 second delay from the ps2 to the laptop, therefore steering and aiming is quite difficult. Try it sometime.
In addition to the whole time delay, this vide has been edited from 12 minutes to fit the music I used. Also, without HUD I have no idea what my health/armor situation is.
