Great tips for getting an interview. I think that these things can help you get a job interview quickly! However, I think this tactic can be done whether you apply online or not. You can apply online and then go and introduce yourself to the hiring manager of the company. This is good for any job candidate to do, even if the company requires you to apply online!

Here a odd query.. At one end this video encourage us to go forward, take initiative to inquiry or apply for a job.

However at the other end we are advise also not to do it as people can view you as desperate and annoying. As after all for its HR job to filter candidates.

So its funny how conflicting can different website advising about job hunting can be

It's good advice but I am extremely lazy and all I do is sit at home all day on my laptop and do the same routine that I've been doing these past few months for about 2 years.

I got a good job doing just that-found out who the manager was and just went in and got a 10 minute interview right then-got a second in a few day and got the job. I doubt I ever would have gotten it without this foward approach.
