If you live in the US, its a waste paying $500+ for these docomo phones because like 90% of their functionality is exclusively for Japan (internet tv, the little wallet/cc system, video calling, etc...). Bring these babies to the US and you'll just be making calls and texting and all you're doing is paying for looks and bragging rights.
um. duh.. you really think people would buy docomo phones without knowing it. i bet you they do. I personally brough it for the looks and bragging rights and beside, i only use it for calling and texting anyways... Why would you need the internet function when you can bring a laptop to do all your web shit such as twitter, facebook and other useless shits. NTT Docomo F-01A is the BOMB. i can make calls and answer them in the shower. haha
I agree. People mainly buy them for the looks. Why would you watch TV on a phone when you can watch it at home. Plus I only paid $200 for the same phone with a hyper sim and charger. It's worth it.
agreed no one paid $500 anymore nowday u have to be a brick head to not realize that the price has dropped, only the us sellers still sell them at full price , but if u get it over sea the max i've seen is $325 which is about the same , hell less than just about any of the us phone if u buy it without any contract yo!
you can but it has to be in MIDI or MLD format. For musics, the best way would be wma format via windows media player (syncing to the phone), and for videos, it has to be (i think) in .mov format.
it does. it does not have a flash though. these are currently the best phones in the world (IMHO) unless you need a certain peice of software eg bloomberg on your bold.
