try this:

make a txt document then rename to "remoteshutdown.bat"

rightclick then edit

type:

@echo off

shutdown -r -c "meassage here"

save the bat file and send to friend.

this will shutdown thier comp in 30 seconds.

for them to abort this, they simply need to go to "run" then type "shutdown -a"

-r = restart..

use -t 00 for immediate rebooting (then u can leave -c away too)

hehe open command prompt (Start >> Run... >> cmd.exe) type shutdown/?

it gives a list of all the stuff you can do

-l logout

-s shut down

-r restart

-a abort (if a friend tries to send you it type "shutdown -a" and it aborts it.)

-t xx (xx = time in seconds)

-f shuts of applications without warning

i did it exactly

i made a shortcut

then typed "shutdown -s -t10 -c"you have just been bugged"

and named it and sent to compressed folder

then tried it and it didnt work??

can anybody tell me why?
