  • Damn that is good work. I want to be able to do a MU wearing 50 pounds of gear!

  • You sir are very impressive

  • Reminds me of the two muscle dudes from cirque du solei. Accept he ends up in a handstand. Still good work!

  • Beast. Mode.

  • wow!

  • what is there to dislike about this video? idiots...

  • respect.

  • now thats a proper muscle up

  • fuck man look great, so sick man

  • holy shit! legit"

  • respect

  • Legit. This is bad ass.

  • very nice vid! check out my vid too!

  • beastmode

  • Strong, respect!

  • Shit!!!!!!!!!!!

  • do u even lift bro?

  • try going back down slowly again aswell XD

    nice anyways tho

  • I hurt just watching this

  • holy shit

  • I recently taught myself to do this move. A guy nearby in the gym after I did it said "that's boss". I'm glad he noticed. This is in an incredibly difficult move. Next up for 2012, planche pushups. At 200+ pounds, I've been told I'm too heavy to pull it off. They may be right, but wish me luck ; )

  • Is it easier to do it with whoops than a bar?

  • @1kgStuntTeam

No it's harder cos you have to stabilize yourself more.

  • Fuck. Yeah.

  • holy fuck

  • elbows should be at your sides the entire time.

  • this is the hardest pull-up (muscle-up) and i can bet that 3% of people in the world can do this..

  • @professorstile 3%? way less than that...maybe 3% of people who take working out seriously...but not 3% of everyone

  • @UUreviews this, I would guess about <0.1% of people can do it and that is generous.

The muscle up performed in this video is on a whole different level, the less momentum is used the harder it becomes.

  • @professorstile One arm pull up is harder. And less than 3% can do this. way less

  • pfft, that easy I can do it with no Gravity.

  • I just got my 1st one out yesterday, I tip my hat to you lol

  • SIMPLY AWESOME...

  • This is badass. People who don't workout dont understand how difficult this is.

  • incredible!

  • that's cool and all, but whats doing doing a muscle up that takes 30 seconds really good for?

  • @Wangtang6911 It's a muscular feat.

  • @Topera151 Doing a muscle up is a feat. Doing one that takes 30 seconds is just taking longer to do something that should only take a second

  • @Wangtang6911 Both have their merit. Some feats of strength are better performed if endurance is involved. Take the 'human flag' for example. In this instance I think the merit is in the control shown. Also; he is using no momentum to complete the move but instead using purely muscular strength.

  • @Wangtang6911 Showing off his muscle control!

  • @lilostich Is this like those guys who do super slow bicep curls and bench presses at the gym? This kind of strength is mostly useless I think. Good work moefro777, forget about the super slow movement and work a different skill.

  • @Wangtang6911 I admire that he is using his body weight and not any weight you can choose in a gym to curl. I still think its useful

  • @Wangtang6911 This guy can prolly do 250 lbs on the Tricep pull down machine quite a few times my friend....

  • @Wangtang6911 Well everyone knows its harder to do it super slow, I think he just wanted to test his ability to do it slowly, I doubt this is really part of his training.

  • @Wangtang6911

Concentric, eccentric, and Isometric. Those are the three types of muscle contractions. Look 'em up to find the benefits of each. This is a ton of isometric. The internet is amazing so do your own research. I'd be happy to educate you but for some reason I get t impression that you are just talking shit. I may be wrong. Good luck in your training.

  • @KaelinSaint I'de love to hear more, I'm interested in the application of the three contractions.

  • wow....

  • All i got to say is damn.

  • beast

  • on rings? you strong ass mother fucker!

  • @JohntheDrumBum on rings it's easier.. I wanna see it on a bar.. An Iron bar.. But it's good money tho

  • He's a sloth!

  • Fuck dude, very nice.

  • That is hardwork and dedication their, very nice

  • Dude is a machine...

  • I am pretty sure that i can hear cat in background !

  • eating ramen, actually.

  • SICK!! Congrats, man!

  • dude you're a fucking monster

    nice job!

  • sick!! i cant even do one xD

  • that was painful just watching

  • This Guy has Minerals!!

  • Fucking boss, man.

  • Nice!

  • lats? try wings. he can probably fly

  • Nice smooth transition! well done!

  • jesus fuckin christ that's amazing where'd you get the rings?

  • Dude fuck that. Respect man.

  • eh too easy.... NOT dood got skills :D grats on being cut and strong as hell... i can do one but not slow like that lol... i was in the marines for 4 years doing pull ups every day ... still cant do it like that.... grats

  • Check my vid out, I did it slower, all the way up and down, but my form isn't the same (just started doing it last month)

  • Very impressive. Props to you sir.

  • Do it on a pull-up bar it's a lot harder :P

  • wow.

  • Are humans devolving?

  • Bacon Stripes &

  • great power man i love your vids

  • @aspirez17 guess you dont kno shit about muscle flexibility, u cant get the same flex and muscle tone using a pull up bar as u can with rings idiot. Bet you cant even do half of what he just did.

  • @ChicanoPridex08 listen, i'm not trolling on this guy. i can do a muscle up, and it's not a matter of flexibility. i never fucking said that rings were easier for anything other than doing a very slow muscle up. ALL i'm saying is that when you try to do a slow muscle up on a bar, the hardest part is the transition because the bar gets close to you. on rings, you can move them around to get more travel and strength. in that way, it seems easier. toolbag

  • Bravo, this ability of yours is admirable. The force of your muscle contraction must be tremendous. That is an ability in and of itself. Again, bravo.

  • I can respect that. If you could do that on a bar...

  • @aspirez17 10 times harder on rings idiot

  • @sandhu07 i'm gonna have to disagree with you...not when you're going this slow

  • @sandhu07 It's much harder to do a strict muscle up on a bar than on rings. Order of difficulty, from easiest to hardest is:

    Kipped on a bar

    Kipped on rings

    Strict on rings

    Strict on bar

  • @aspirez17 It's almost impossible to do a "slow-mo" muscle up on the bar. There is very little ROM on a bar because you are fixed plane. With rings, you are able to use the joints in your wrists and elbows to help you complete the movement.

  • Better work on your legs as fast as possible

  • beast!!!

  • hot damn. nice job.

  • Good teknika!

  • beast

  • For muscle ups do you need some space in front of you for your legs. My pull up bar is connected to the wall and I can only do pull ups facing the wall based off the design of the bar. I just can't seem to get a muscle up.

  • holy poop! ur an animal!

  • Awesome!!

  • damn!

  • O_O un buffle !!!!!

  • Nice, dude.

  • beast

  • wow O.O

  • wow amazing

  • That is seriously intimidating!

  • Lats of steel.

  • .....

  • It would be funny if he was just really bad at it, lol.

  • i wanna be able to do the crusifix but im pretty sure my body is to big, and im more of a fast twitch

  • fkn beast

  • well actually in physics, i would think, lifting more mass on same range of motion would suggest bigger force, hence power as well? or lifting it faster?

isnt everything non-fast being durable? an you cant really compare the strenght of slow twitch vs fast twitch. it's like comparing boat to a plane.

  • @TribalManners try it and feel the difference instead of just saying which is harder to do. you will feel it.

  • Holy shit. I can't wait till I'm strong enough to do that. Oh to all those fat fuck out there. Just because you can lift more doesn't mean your stronger than someone else. Go do a pull up contest faggot.

  • @oblivion2234 amen

  • @oblivion2234 dream on man he must have trained for years to master the muscle up on rings so slowly without using momentum

  • @GetzuCero lol it doesn't take years worth of experience to do a slow muscle up. It's all strength. I can do muscle ups right now. In about another year ill be able to do this.

  • @GetzuCero Nonsense. It doesn't take anywhere near that long to get a muscle-up like this.

  • Where's the muscle-up video...I just saw this guy levitating?!O_o

  • B-E-A-S-T. Well done, sir.

  • 11 people are eating Cheetos/Twinkies and watching fitness videos.

  • @davidbarnett432 hahah nice one..

  • slow actually meant SLOOOOOOOOW

  • Fucking beast

  • Wow...much respect!

  • MASTER

  • owned

  • NICE

  • .....Holy. Fuck.

  • damn dude that is HARD

  • nice

  • Sick

  • try to do the same with the front lever lol!

  • impressive.. very impressive!

  • do it slower ! ahah jk

  • wow just the balance, strength, grip and everything has to be perfectly executed to do this...mad respect...

  • Good stuff

  • no way

  • why lol

  • This guy wasn't kidding when he said muscle up "as slow as possible" haha

  • this is the best muscle up i ever seen

  • Full control!

  • I respect you bro..

  • Oneeeeeeeee

  • That is fantastic -- superb muscle control. I've just put one up on my channel of a super slow towel pull up. Great work.

  • I can honestly say I've never seen anything like that before. Wow.

  • wow that is legit

  • Respect from Cali

  • Feed that poor kitten

  • Epic! Are those xtreme rings from coach sommer's site?

  • I would like to see someone over 6 ft (180cm) tall doing that.. these guys are always very short.

  • @rayden85 this dude is a good 5'10" which aint short, and he is black and has longer arms. that was nothing short of amazing

  • WTF man there is ladder behind you, just use that

  • nice man - nice

  • you arent human man, thats so beast!

    MAD respect.

  • wow :o

  • are rings better then say a bar or flat surface?

  • @HeWasAnHero yeah. you have to work a lot harder because they are not fixed, and rings eliminate a majority of muscle favoritism off of the stronger side so its more of an equal workout

  • how do rings feel compared to a flat surface? Grip wise i mean

  • that made me tired LOL well done Sir!

  • That was POWERFULL !!! Good one bro !!!

  • Awesome job man. I'm very fit myself and am able to do about 15 of these properly on a bar. Usually people swing pretty hard and don't use the best form, so what u just did was very impressive. Much respect, your a fit mother fucker

  • now that takes a lot of strength

  • Very good! very, very good!

  • um youre not human...

  • respect

  • Nice work man! Much slower than mine. I've got some work to do...

  • holy shit

  • hes hacking

  • sick!

  • Correct me if i'm wrong, but it's harder doing it on a bar right? Can't do one either way ): needa work on my triceps more!

  • yeahhhhhhh buddy

  • nice

  • rings are harder than the bar arent they?

  • @peterchowhere Nahh a little easier because you can get your chest in an easier position to muscle up.

  • That was very impressive man! I had to replay the transition bit a few times, that was the best bit. I've been doing muscle ups for a while now, yet I still can't even do one controlled negative let alone what you did. Respect.

  • lol to fast funny

  • holy shit
