The website could be run by someone not taking part in those 'getaways', and being registered does also not mean you are a 'racer' as well. The site can also be hosted outside of sweden. Even donations could be handed out to the 'getaway drivers', as long as their member list is kind of secret, or better, does not even exist. There is only a few with balls huge enough to do that, so a list is not really needed.
