Can anyone tell me if they are having problems with their dash just randomly shutting off. during calls, on internet, anytime actually. Im hoping one of you phone wizards will be able to help me out. The phone stays on if it is plugged into a charger but when its not it shuts off randomly. There are tons of posts on the internet but no one can find out whats wrong with um. btw, new batteries dont fix the problem either. thanks if you can help.

No my dash is just find the only time my shut off was when i didnt charge.lol.I got the dash black.Which one you have,You probably need to let it sit on the charger for an day

u need to send the device bck becuz if the device gets a sudden jolt of power it fries the charging cells inside the fone it just blows battery's.

i had the same problom ot got fixed like this go to ( start , settings , homescreen , timeout , then click on never and your done !!! )

i use to have a similar problem with mine. a hard reset and a new battery solved the problem.

ya, i was watching 20/20 and they said it does do that alot...

there's really not much you can do, if you call tmobile, they can probably replace it with something else.

i had this problem actually and it turned out something in the phone was messed up. if you can return it or if you have insurance make a claim on it

dude you need to get the new one that came out. yhe ear piece is mesh and the whole phone is a black rubber material. you can do even more with it i got mine yesterday

copy and paste it to the home folder. just copy any pic u have by clickin menu-edit-copy. then go to file explorer go all the way "up" and click application data-home. then menu-edit-paste.then go to your settings-home screen. go down to background image. find ur pick and click done twice. and ur set.
