@aztkification In Motion-DVD. Performances from Dynamo Open Air -96 and Krakow -97 shows. Unfortunately they are not full shows. Century Media did a poor job with this DVD, IMO. The band, on the other hand, is great. Really great, energetic performances. It's sad that their record company kind of blows it.

Every time when I listen to the Gathering, after a while away, it happens again, it sends shivers down my spine, nothing I can do about it. And once in a while, when really deeply listening to their songs, I spontaniously start crying. No other music has ever done that to me. @aztkification Arch Enemy has been around for a long time; their old vocalist had to quit, if I remember clearly. "Always" by The Gathering was amazing. That was HEAVY shit. Though, with Anneke, Mandylion was the closest sound that they ever got to Always, I believe. Every album after that just drifted farther from their old sound yet they had this HUGE genre shift. By the early 1990s they were doom metal, by the first decade of the 2000s they could now be considered alternative. I
