Well the friend that I was doing most of my systema work with doesn't want to continue, he says he doesn't like being sore lol... : ( so I guess I'll be looking for a school somewhere at least kind of near by, I don't really know anyone else who knows how to fight decently. If you have any tips on what I can do for practice solo in between visits to a dojo of some kind I'd love to hear them, thanks.
doh LOL that is a perfect example of locus of control being external instead of internal. Thanks for the wake up call, can't get too dependent on outside help. I can already think of plenty of stuff I can practice solo or with someone who doesn't knows nothing at all about fighting.
Interesting, I didn't know you could fix numbness through stimulation but it makes sense now that it would help. Kind of invigorating to think the more you practice at any movement or ability the better you'll get it at, brings back that "sky is the limit" feeling that I haven't had in a long time. I really appreciate your videos, they help me a lot.
