  • wow looks same but xfx and evga r the best nvida makers going allwayz trust them

  • xfx also makes ati cards as well

  • i just creamed myself

  • mother fucker this board is awesome

  • this is the same as the xfx 790i right?

  • yes

  • Can you run DDR2 ram on that board?

  • u cant run ddr2 on this board it has to b ddr3

  • It runs DDR3 > DDR2

  • DDR3 = only DDR3 different slot.

  • Why not have the North Bridge heatsink fan facing the back of the Case, wouldnt that make mroe sense rather than blowing that hot air towards the CPU or GPU which are already the 2 hottest and most critical components in the entire computer...not very smart...

  • Thats one buggy board.

And the third card in tri sli mode does not scale at all.

  • really how did taht happen? im thinking of getting this mobo...for 3sli

  • Dude there are always Naysayers out there that talk shit about a good product, im about to buy the EVGA 780i Tri Sli for my card and buy a second 8800GT. When the time is right and the price is right ill upgrade to something that is scalable three ways. Reguardless the 780i and 790i chipsets are elite in there own right.

  • what the hell, he works for 2 companys :/

  • it all the same

  • wait isn't that tigerdirect

  • lol logan your funny

  • This board so far has been a failure, i have one (being shipped back for a replacement). this board has so many issues, the graphics cards fail, the memory setup is stupid and somee ddr3 is inconpatible. i would wait a few months before investing in this board.

  • will those SATA 2 ports get covered by a big 88/9800 cards?

  • no the sata port wont get covered all all there over top of the cards i got two evga 9800gx2 and i dont have any problems at all i love this motherboard it fast

  • sick thx!!

  • does anyone know if the xfx nforce 790i (board in the video) and the Intel core 2 quad Q6600 go together? I really need to know ;)

  • Yeah u can do that np

  • yes dude the xfx 790i and the q6600 will work together. i got the evga 790i and q6600 and it works good together but the xfx790i and the evga790i are the same board

  • wtf why wouldnt it be compatible?

  • I WANT IT NOW !!!!!

  • hey logen you say this is your next motherboard that your going to get so what brand and what size memory are you going to use. i dont know what memory to buy im a big time gamer and i just got this motherboard in the mail and i have the q6600 with two evga 9800gx2 so maybe you can help me pick the best memory for the money thanks

  • the new card for the pcie he can't talk about is a new "quantum enabled time vortex" card coming out 4th qrt of 2008

its designed to retard the natural progression of time turning an hour of game play to 2 hours. thats just the prototype, future estimates predict a 1 to 5 or ever 1 hour of earth time will translate to 5 hours

    price $15,000.00

PC requirements: one available PCIE slot with 2x1200 wt PSU's
