I would be worried about Maggie being starved of oxygen to the brain. She definitely needs to have a tube inserted through her nose and down her throat to identify the precise source of the problem. Sometimes, something as simple as "doggie lozenges" can cure high decibel snoring in four legged creatures.

Other option would be to give Maggie food without any dairy content whatsover. That way the mucus which blocks the airways can be more or less eliminated.

I dont think the snoring is a problem, shes happy and content and blimey why put the poor little darling on a special diet, well she can have the same diet as my cat and thats..ANYTHING SHE LIKES...WHEN SHE LIKES.
