Get a rip cord. They aren't over priced and they work perfect. The paddles aren't shit to replace and it has the best adjustment than any other rest I have seen.

rage not to mention also took their idea from the grim reaper broadheads, there is a video on youtube that shows head to head, the rage against the grim reaper expandables, and in nearly every test teh rage has failed, this as well as bullet types in centerfire is all personal pref. and what works for the shooter, on a different note excellent video, only question is since the arrow gets propped up a little when drawn, how does this not effect trajectory when released and the arrow rest drops?

There was a guy on bowsite that did a bunch of broadhead testing shooting thru an orange, to see how fast expanding, a steel drum test ,for penatration.

I not sure but I think my past 4 elk were with rage. Maybe 5 ,scorpions before that. Maybe 8 muleys too. All pass thru's even an elk at 60yds. My broadhead flight has to be perfect or I throw it in the trash. Like you said placement! Alot of hunters blame a broadhead for human error or lack of tracking skills.

@derekgrebner87 could not have said it better myself ive heard of countless ocassions and expandable has failed not surprisingly most being rage heads. the only expandable i havent heard a story about is the NAP spitfire. personally i shoot an aussie made fixed 2 blade called blackstump. aussie game needs something alot tougher then a piece of junk like rage

@derekgrebner87 Magnus is good shit man. I shoot a 4 blade 100gr buzzcut. Shot a doe at 50 yards last season and she only went 20-30 yards. They fly just like a field tip.

@westaner i shoot muzzys and slicktricks. line the blades with your fletxhings and they fly like field points. muzzy sells so much because there a fuckin awesome head. millions of deer have felt em and not a lot of em have gotten away provided good shot placement. i have lost 2 deer with rage and each deer was hit in both lungs. in my experience they dont hit hard and do not pass though with a 29 inch draw,65 lbs and shooting a 400 grain arrow. my speed is not super but i have killed deer withit

@thegreatdeerhunter well if you are the greate deer hunter you have gone through a bunch of bow products in your life. i dont get why he only shows one when he prob has at least 5 or 6 rests.you should try slick trick 4 blades. i have shot 3 deer with rage and about 5 with slick trick and they dont even compaire. all shots where lungs or heart and the slick trick had monster blood trails. the rage 2 blade worked ok but those slick trick 4 blades where freekin nasty

your fletchings are the wrong way, you should have the coloured feather down towards the rest, then only one of three fletchings hit the rest, instead of two
