  • i agree with brasso30. clear

  • If our existence on this earth and all the human race has endured could be expressed as emotion through music i feel this would be the piece.

  • I definitely agree!

  • Quite a different approach from what I'm used to - it gives it a different dimension. Personally, though, I prefer a more ephemeral performance of this piece. Let's say, more of Byrd-type than a Verdi-type choir...

  • the tempo is too fast and too much vibratos...

  • hmmmm I would have to disagree I think the vibratos is what the song needed but meh your opinion.

  • umm...can you stop being so critical, I'm pretty sure its about the music...just listen to the beauty of this song, and shut up. k cool. thanks.

  • I do kinda agree with you i think it is a little to fast... cause i am used to the recording that is 10:30 long so. where they get to the climax one of the sopranos kinda was a little too loud, she stuck out too much, if ya know what i mean. But i love this piece regardless

  • @tylermatthewmarz The progression of their voice especially the sopranos from soft to loud was done too early. I like the rendition of Mormon Tabernacle Choir more. The MOTAB rendered this song in pianissimo.

  • ¡Sencillamente maravilloso...! Un cordial saludo

  • PERFECT dynamics, This preformance was a joy to listen to. It really shows what a human voice can achieve if trained correctly.

  • amazing, very intense... i love the harmonic arrangement...

  • The dynamics are excelenent. Very good!

  • This composition, I believe, still has potential to change the world.

  • the solo suprano is very cool.

  • i love agnus dei

  • i love it. My choir did this piece and its incredible to sing. the crazy dynamics in the beginning aren't written though

  • better if a little bit lesser vibrato on all sections, especially on the solo soprano part. very nice song.

  • calan un poco... pero el sonido es perfecto...coloquen el comienzo y luego el final (la misma afinacion) y no es la misma

  • my funeral song this, all planned....

  • This group sounds a little sharp, but that may because they are trying desperately to keep up with the conductor. This should be a slower piece. Fascinating dynamics, good blend. My only real objection is one soprano slamming into the high note at the climax. If ya can't hit it, don't do it. Just my opinion.

  • I really enjoy this, and thank you for posting it. Its very uplifting, and just beautiful.

  • Beautiful

  • Most exquisite performance!!! Bravissimo!!

  • This is such a beautiful arrangment. and I agree they're not off key.

  • you have no idea what you are talking about. this is polyphonic music with many transitions. that transition is what you call "off key" to the untrained ear.

  • i just fell off my seat!

  • exquisite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Suena tan hermoso que hasta produce vértigo.

  • This song is amazing... so... beautiful... it affects even the fearless of soldiers...

  • that could be why it was chosen to be the soundtrack for the movie 'platoon'

  • this is one of the first performances of this I've seen where the dynamics are spot on. So unbelievably beautiful.

  • oh ..God..Choir version is better than the orchestral...

  • I totally agree. I found the orchestral piece one of the most haunting things I ever heard. Then I ran into this and discovered that the human voice could go one better.

  • One of the most perfect performances of this Choral masterpiece. I still prefer the orchestral Adagio for Strings but this was nonetheless as hauntingly ethereal

  • amazing. I love this song.

  • pour faire de tels changements dynamiques, il faut avoir des chanteurs à la hauteur :(( My god it's flat
