I noticed the Dragon tooth sword is located on a shelf in that apartment.

@Zita4ever Unfortunately, it comes far too late in the game to be of any use. There are other special weapons that are fun to use though.

There are several other energy blades earlier in the game though.

One in the Seattle minister's vault, another in a sewer with some greasels in lower Seattle and a few others I think.

As far as I can tell, the DTS has the same stats as an ordinary energy blade (i.e. not very good), it was just a prestige upgrade for me and I only used it when I ran out of ammo or got jumped at close range.

Isn't that hong part look like Magie Chows apartment from the frist one. I havent played Deus ex 2 but i bought it recently.

It looks a lot like it, with the vaulted ceiling to the second floor near the window. But it is missing the hallway to the right of the window leading to the front entrance, and also the obvious trace lines of a secret MJ12 security station.
