i realized that to get the achievement for ending the campaign on veteran you need to press NEW GAME and start from the begginning, instead, i selected the mission i wanted to beat.... now i got half of the game beaten on veteran, but i gotta make a new game -.-

If u want the map "FIVE" for zombies then go to main menu where ur in the chair tap Lt then Rt or L1 and L2 alot then u stand up and ur out of the chair then walk around till u find a computer in the corner and press X or square on it and type in- 3arc UNLOCK -this should unlock the zombie map "FIVE"

Or! when you load up the game and come top menu, you press LT and RT at same time. You go to the computer and type in 3arc unlock (in this exact order), and then press enter. there you go u have all maps.

@MuslimMODZ Just a quick tip: If you want the zombie map w/o campaign, just spam the triggers on either PS3 or Xbox in the home screen. You will break out and after you go walk around to a terminal, go to it and type "DOA" for Dead Ops Arcade OR "3arc unlock" for the zombie map. This is much quicker than 5 minutes ;D
