By your logic, the following somehow no longer violate the Constitution:
-Search and seizure without probable cause
-Listening devices without warrants
-Suspension of habeas corpus indefinitely
-Removal of the right to counsel
-Torture of suspects

Article III Section III of the Constitution requires anyone charged with treason to have two witnesses brought against them. Lindsey Graham's bill ignores this and ignores the fact we all have due process rights--regardless of citizenship. We even gave trials to 9/11 masterminds.
