Does this work with any vine and latter in the game? (and does it work on the super mario all stars?)

@STICKGUYMB I suppose that works with any vine that meets these conditions: being over a solid floor (i.e. not a platform), has an enemy near it that doesn't jump and bounce on the floor when you throw it, and that you can have a stopwatch near it. But I think those are the only ones that meets the conditions...at least not in a Game Genie game.
